    Fruity Cocoa Mix

    3 cups instant hot cocoa mix
    1 envelope unsweetened Kool-Aid mix, any fruity flavor

    Combine all ingredients in a a sealable container. Shake well until blended. Store in an airtight container.

    Attach the following instructions on a gift tag:

    Fruity Cocoa

    Stir 2 heaping tablespoons Fruity Cocoa Mix into a coffee mug of hot water.

    White Hot Chocolate Mix

    1 teaspoon vanilla powder
    1 teaspoon dried orange peel
    1/2 cup white chocolate chips

    Combine ingredients and place in a small decorative clear glass jar.

    Attach a gift card with these instructions:

    Combine 1 1/2 cups milk and 1/4 cup White Hot Chocolate Mix in a pan over medium heat. Whisk until the chocolate is melted.

    Swiss Mocha Coffee Mix

    1 cup instant coffee
    1 cup granulated sugar
    2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
    4 teaspoons cocoa powder

    For Sugar Twin, use 10 teaspoons for 1 cup of sugar.

    * You can also use decaffeinated instant coffee.

    Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor; blend until powder consistency. Put mixture into an attractive glass jar with a lid. To give as a gift, include a gift card with the following instruction:

    To make Swiss Mocha Coffee: In a mug, combine 2 tablespoons of creamer with 6 ounces of coffee.

    Bavarian Mint Beverage Mix

    2/3 cup instant coffee
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 round teaspoon loose, dried mint leaves
    2/3 cup nondairy creamer

    Mix thoroughly and put into a blender a couple cups at a time and blend to a fine powder.

    To use: Add approximately 2 rounded teaspoons per cup of boiling water, or less, to suit your own taste.

    Candied Teaspoons

    Vegetable cooking spray
    34 pinches fruit-flavored hard candy, crushed
    2 tablespoons white corn syrup
    Heavy-eight plastic spoons

    Make each batch with a different flavored candy.

    Line a jellyroll pan with wax paper; spray with cooking spray.

    In a small heavy saucepan, combine crushed candies and corn syrup over low heat. Stirring frequently, heat until candies melt. Spoon candy into bowl of each spoon. Place spoons on prepared pan with handles on rim and spoons level. Allow candy to harden. Store in airtight container.

    Yields about 24 spoons.
